Hyproclor ED alkaline based for cleaning and disinfecting the milking machine

HYPROCLOR ED is a highly alkaline, chlorine-based cleaning and disinfecting agent designed for cleaning milking equipment. The product has detergent, disinfecting, oxidising and degreasing properties and helps prevent scale formation. It is suitable for use in circulation cleaning systems, being non-foaming and non-corrosive to milking equipment. The product is bactericidal according to EN 1276.

Features

HYPROCLOR ED ensures effective cleaning and disinfection thanks to its high chlorine and NaOH content and surfactants, which enable deep cleaning.

Composition

The product contains sodium hypochlorite (as a source of active chlorine), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and surfactants, ensuring effective cleaning, disinfection and degreasing performance.

Analytical composition

The product contains sodium hypochlorite as the active substance (expressed as active chlorine 5.62 g / 100 g). It also contains sodium hydroxide and surfactants, ensuring cleaning and disinfecting performance.

Additives composition

The product contains surfactants that improve cleaning efficiency and help remove grease and dirt.

Exploitation

After milking, rinse the equipment with warm, clean water. Prepare a HYPROCLOR ED solution at a concentration of 0.5% at approximately 50 °C and allow it to circulate for 5–10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse with cold, clean water.

Retaining

Store tightly closed in the original packaging in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and contact with acidic substances, as the product contains active chlorine.

Warnings

The product is strongly alkaline and contains active chlorine. It may cause irritation to skin and eyes. Use only according to the instructions and avoid contact with acids.
